We serve Italian, Brazilian and Portuguese dishes. Our speciality is "pinsa romana".
Compared to the traditional pizza, "la pinsa romana" is lighter and easier to digest. Its light dough is made of wheat, rice and soy. We leave the dough resting 48 hours before we prepare it specially to each customer, so the taste is crunchy outside and soft inside.
