Vinum Restaurant & Wine Bar is the result of the history of two families and two passions that came together to create a unique space.

The SYMINGTONs are a family of British origin but with a very Portuguese heart, producers of Port and Douro wines who have been living the world of wine for over 130 years, and particularly the Douro, like very few others.

Therefore, when it came to choosing a partner for a bold restoration project, it was necessary to find someone with common ideals, who shared dedication, commitment and love for gastronomy, something they found in SAGARDI. A Basque restaurant group, created by Iñaki Lz. de Viñaspre and his family over 30 years ago, and which today has spread to various parts of the world, in more than 32 restaurants, something only possible due to the rigor and a reputation based on product excellence and high-quality cuisine.
