A story of life and love that has travelled the world to return to its origins, to return to pizza. Here, the dough is lovingly treated and left to mature slowly for between 32 and 72 hours. The artisanal pizza dough recipe is combined with innovative ingredients such as beetroot and charcoal, among others, which offer us a new and tasty experience at the table. The result is a light, easy-to-digest pizza with ancestral quality.

Chakall's creativity is joined by the executive pizza chefs and "guardians" of the doors of the Italian oven, produced by hand in the same way since 1959, in the same factory that produces wood-fired ovens for the best pizzerias in the world.
