Quimera Brewpub is located inside a tunnel that served as horses' path to  Palácio das Necessidades,  the Royal  Palace at time and nowadays the Ministry of Foreing Affairs. It also served as a scape for the last king of Portugal, D. Manuel II, in 1910, when Republicans shot the Palace and ended the Monarchy in Portugal.

Now it is a  PUB/RESTAURANT, a NY Deli Special Sandwiches produced with Beer Braised Meats (YES, we cook our meats in craft beer for 48 hours after cured for a week), vegie and vegan options, salmon and meat and cheese, all in artisanal Barbela Wheat Bread from Gleba Bakery. We offer a large range of starters to pair a good drink sorrounded  by the Rocks of this XVIII century cave. There are also Burgers prepared with Beef from Talho D'Alcântara on Gleba Brioches. We ferment many ingredients included in the composition of the menu.  Pimentos, Sauerkraut, Kim-chi and BEER. Whatsmore, we produce our own Beers, the Quimera Beer, at the Brewery at the same building and serve in our 12 taps and bottles.

The Space is also  available for private parties and special events.
